a small town on the outskirts of seattle, things seem to be peaceful. everyone is friendly; hell a teenager might even help out willingly. things in this town are perfect, or seem to be to the common tourist. the main money source in this place is chemical plants. those said chemicals are being allowed to leaking into our water streams and air. there's absolutely nothing the average joe can do. the city council doesn't believe anyone when they file these reports. so what happens when suddenly half the population become ill or crazy? who is to blame when people are dieing? the government denies it, but they are the one who places that gawd awful facility in the hick town.

the same teens that were volunteering they're time aren't caught dead doing so now. they are becoming more rude and deceiving. how could they're parents allow such behavior? honestly they can't help it, it's all side affects of the chemicals. the adults are bickering about how the kids are acting; blaming each other. the kids are complaining how the adults are acting; becoming more violent to be heard. all the while the government is sitting on their ass, thinking up excuses for the behavior happening in reganswood.

an explosion of a plant happens, killing all the employees working that night. gangs are forming among the teens, adults are set over the edge; plotting on how to make the mayor hear they're story. the little kids are just confused and scared. and those mourning they're lost are pissed off at the world. how could this be prevented? would everyone have to move? are the youth of this town going to be alright after this mess is cleaned up? are half these people going to make it out alive?
